Last 24 Hours Brings 2 Fires and 1 Working Rescue for Lutherville
August 07, 2009 - The volunteers of Lutherville Fire Company have been busy during the past 24 hours. Yesterday around 2:30pm Station 30 was alerted for a 17-04 dwelling fire off of Timonium Road. Engine 307 responded with a crew of 5 and arrived first on the scene to find a smoldering mattress. E307 along with Engine 17 and Tower 17 removed the mattress from the dwelling. Early this morning around 4:30 am Station 30 was alerted for an engine and squad to respond to a dwelling fire on Overbrook Road in Towson. E302 and SQ303 arrived on scene and assisted E11, E101 and T1 in extinguishment and ventilation. Just three hours later, Squad 303 was alerted to respond for a car rolled over on the beltway with a person trapped. SQ303 arrived on the scene and worked with Station 1's personnel in extricating the patient.
