Overturned Vehicle on Beltway in Towson: Local Box 01-61
October 28, 2011 - At approximately 7:10pm, Station 30 was alerted to respond to the report of a motor vehicle accident with rollover on the outer loop of Interstate 695 between Dulaney Valley Road and York Road in Towson. Engine 307 immediately responded and arrived on scene shortly thereafter (simultaneously with Truck 1) to find one vehicle overturned. Prior to fire department arrival, the driver of the vehicle was able to self-extricate from the vehicle and sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. The patient was evaluated, packaged and transported to a local hospital for evaluation. Crews remained on scene for approximately 30 minutes.
