Two Trapped in Overturned Vehicle in Parkville: Rescue Box 10-12
December 13, 2011 - At approximately 3:45pm, Squad 303 was alerted to respond to the report of a motor vehicle accident with rescue at the intersection of Perring Parkway and Putty Hill Avenue in Parkville. Squad 303 immediately responded and while en route, Engine 10 (Parkville) arrived to find a one vehicle overturned with two patients trapped and established command. Prior to Squad 303's arrival, Engine 10's crew extricated the patients by removing the windshield of the vehicle. Squad 303's crew arrived shortly thereafter and assisted units on scene with patient care. Two patients were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
